Foundry plant.
The foundry uses a technology of machine moulding into natural sand; maximum frame size is up to 650x500 mm. The continuity of production is secured by the triple of melting/maintenance furnaces MORGAN ERBO 300. The shop floor has its own facilities of core manufacturing thanks to the two shooting machines Röperwerk H2,5 and H12.

PEZAG Aluminium Castings, s.r.o., is going to put into test operation new technology for heat treatment of aluminum alloys in January 2012. It will be used mainly for hardening process. The complete technology is consists from two furnaces and two cooling containers. Usable volume of the smaller furnace has dimensions 1100 x 1000 x 1600 mm. The placing of castings and manipulation is done by steel baskets, or by steel constructions suitable for the castings.
Thanks to this investment is company able to offer complex services on the field of aluminium castings – casting, heat treatment and machining of final product.
